April 19th, 2014 - Howard Moore Competes in Season Opener at Riverside
1 Howard Moore competed in the season opener at Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Arkansas) on Saturday night in his #40 Dynamic Electric/Stinson's Industrial/Maxim Sprint Car.

The 2014 lid lifter for the historic facility drew a field of twenty-four entries, and a fifth to second run in his heat race positioned Moore starting on the front row for the finale, where he joined Derek Hagar. Howard battled at the front of the for the duration of the event before a melee on the white flag lap sent him spinning as he was credited with a seventeenth place finish.

April 12th, 2014 - Howard Moore Second in SOS Sprint Car Action at Whynot
Looking to bounce back from bad luck the previous weekend in the team's opener, Howard Moore took his #40 Maxim Sprint Car into battle on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) with the Southern Outlaw Sprint Cars (SOS)

Howard started his night by winning his heat race from the fourth starting spot. His heat race performance made him the high point driver for the night, and as a result he started on the pole for the feature. Moore led the first ten laps before a rash of late-race restarts ultimately found Shane Morgan slipping past Howard for the top spot. He would go on to finish second at the checkered flag.


April 6th, 2014 - Bad Luck Bites Howard Moore in Season Opener

1 Mother Nature finally cut Howard Moore a break and allowed him to open his 2014 season in new #23 Maxim Sprint Car on Saturday night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas). Unfortunately luck would not be on his side as his night came to an end before it ever really started.

Thirty-five entries registered for battle, and Howard drew the 7th starting spot on the grid for his heat race. Unfortunately as he was progressing through the field in the opening laps, contact from another competitor sent him out of turn three, where he landed upside down. He was uninjured, but done for the night.
