Moore Suffers Mechanical Issues at I-30

Moore qualified seventh overall against a stout field of 54 Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) entires. After the invert, Howard was positioned on the pole of his heat race.

After winning his heat race, Moore started fourth in the Dash by virtue of the redraw. Howard went on to finish third, earning him the fifth starting position on the feature grid. Unfortunately, Moore was an early retiree from the main event after suffering mechnical issues.
