Howard Moore Sixth At Benton Speedway
BENTON, Mo. (September 20, 2024) Rolling back into the ShowMe State this past weekend, Howard Moore wheeled the Howard Moore Racing/Mike's Pool Care No. 40 to the season's 14th top-ten finish at Benton Speedway.
Making in through the 25 laps, the final position was sixth for the Tennesse shoe as Joe B. Miller picked up the win.
"I had a lot of help in the pits. I forgot how great it feels to be wrenching again on my own car. I had the privilege of having Mike back in the pits with me. His friendship and help is more than most can imagine to me. My father-in-law, Ashley Newman and my best friend Ethan Barrow were also there helping everywhere they could. My wife, Taylor, was videoing and keeping up with the race page (and a lot more). I am truly grateful for all of their help.," stated Howard on his Facebook page following his first run of the season in his equipment.
Moore's next outing is set to be at Riverside International Speedway on Friday, September 27, and Saturday, September 28 for the ASCS vs USCS World Short Track Challenge.
